September 20, 2019 – Los Angeles – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is excited to announce the Tahoe Division in the Western Conference.

Will Bumgardner has been named UPSL Western Conference Tahoe Division Manager. Bumgardner will promote and manage UPSL's Tahoe Division structure for local teams and new regional clubs that fit with the league's model.

United Premier Soccer League Commissioner Yan Skwara said, "With our consistent growth in Northern California it has become necessary to create the Tahoe Division, and adding Will Bumgardner as our Tahoe Division Manager just makes sense. Will has been a steady hand as Director of Operations for Nevada Coyotes FC these last few years, and it's clear he's committed to both the club and the league's success and future. The UPSL Tahoe Division will be centered around Nevada Coyotes FC as its flagship club, and we'll work with Will to develop the Tahoe Division in the coming seasons. The UPSL's goal is to minimize travel expenses to keep teams on budget, and the Tahoe Division has all the markings of a solid stand-alone division. We look forward to the newly-created Tahoe Division versus Wild West Division playoff derby."
Bumgardner is Director of Operations for Nevada Coyotes Football Club (UPSL). Born in Germany, Bumgardner was a youth soccer player turned media personality, with a bright early career as a PA announcer.
Bumgardner has been with Nevada Coyotes FC since its founding in December 2016, and has handled day-to-day operations for the club since late 2018. He currently is a high school computer science teacher.
United Premier Soccer League Tahoe Division Manager Will Bumgardner said, "I think it's important to branch out and expand. Getting additional teams involved within a geographical proximity is the model of the UPSL, and it's what we need to do as a league and also with soccer in this country. There are a lot of great quality clubs out in the market and our goal is to all be under the UPSL umbrella."
